Cookie & Storage Notice

A cookie is a small file stored on your device; we also use your browser’s local storage. We keep this to a minimum.

Storage we currently use

• solipse_vote (local storage) — functional. Remembers that you’ve already voted so we don’t ask twice. No consent needed (strictly functional).
• Tally (tally.so) — third-party / functional. Powers the sign-up and “shape the retreat” forms. Loaded when you open a form.
• Google Fonts — sets no cookie. Site typography (we are migrating to self-hosted fonts).
• Analytics — none today. If we add analytics, non-essential cookies will only load after opt-in consent via a cookie banner.
• Stripe — when bookings open: secure payment and fraud prevention (strictly necessary at checkout).

Managing your choices

Once our cookie banner is live, you will be able to accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work.
